Areas of Practice
CONSTRUCTION
I assist Building Owners, Property Managers and General Contractors by providing Code Enforcement and Special Inspections for demolition, renovations and new construction. I am a Certified Welding Inspector as well as an International Code Council certified Special Inspector for: Structural Steel & Bolting, Structural Welding, Structural Masonry, and Reinforced Concrete. I am also a Green Code and Energy Code Inspector.
REAL ESTATE/ENTERTAINMENT
I assist lenders and commercial realtors as a commercial building inspector, providing site inspections and Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), on every type of commercial property, from a stem in a strip mall to warehouses of over 100,000 square-feet. I am also an FAA certified Drone Pilot.
iNSURANCE
I assist the Property & Casualty Insurance Industry by providing third-party inspections and investigations for damage to roofs, foundations, facades, and other property caused by moisture intrusion, lightning, fire, floods, earthquakes, and other natural and man-made disasters.
LEGAL
I assist trial attorneys in Construction Defect Litigation, Personal Injury, and Product Liability by providing forensic engineering inspections, affidavits, and expert testimony as an Expert Witness.
